The Debate Between ICANN and VeriSign
There is currently an ongoing debate between ICANN and VeriSign. If this deal does go through, it could allow VeriSign to raise the fee on .com domains by 7% for a period of 4 years. Many big name companies aren't happy about this fees. They are afraid that this increase will drive away customers. If this does get approved, it will add $1.86 to each domain per year. This will go into effect in 2012.
.Mobi Domains To Hit The Market Soon
The first period for .mobi registration opened on June 12, 2006. This period is to give companies with trademarks first picks on the new domains. After all major companies have picked their domain names, it is pretty much a free for all for domainers.

This is a great deal and very easy to do. Follow the step by step instructions below to get domains @ Godaddy for just 79 cents. It works, I did it myself.
- Go to Buy.com using this Link.
- Click the music tab at the top of the page or click here.
- Select any song you want that is 79 cents.
- Complete the order. You can pay with Paypal or Credt Card.
- Check your email for your order confirmation and download the song.
- Wait 1-2 business days for your GoDaddy Promo Code to come via email.
- When you get your promo code go to GoDaddy.com or click here.
- Enter the domain you want. (.com or .net)
- Go to the checkout page. Then enter your promo code.
- You will now notice the the total is .00. The domain is free.
